Default cheap skinnies?

is there an alternative to buying prostars and all that jazz for the fronts? like something that will clear my brakes and i can run say a 165 tire on it? anythings gotta be better than my heavy bling bling 17's with 245's on it - i was gonna slap some trailer rims on it with some 165s but i wanted some others inputs first. thanks

you cant run at a track with two spares on the front. (at least our tracks wont) because they're only rated up to 55mph max.

You can run the wheel, just not the tire. Put a different tire on it....

Haha I always wondered about how trailer rims would bolt up on a fox.
Post pics if you try it out

a couple options....

spares from convertibles are solid aluminum, other than the backspacing they look good. old skoolers used to run them all time w/ 165/15's on there

BUT... 165/15's are only speed rated to 85, so your taking chanches if you get up over 100 too much

or just find a used set this fall/winter

look hard and you'll get 'em

i see full sets of welds or centerlines go for $250-$300 in the offseason
