Default Air Failter

That's right, air failter. I have had pinging problems a lot lately... I tried some seafoam earlier this week, but that didn't help. I told my dad it might be the air filter, but he said that it was probably ok and most likely not the problem. I checked it out today because I was bored and found this...

I also made this from another pic...

BTW, I was thinking about a $50 K&n drop in filter + removing the air silencer... does this have the same wine as a cold air intake? I really like that wine!

I don't know of a whine, but the CAI gives you more of a "whuump" if that makes sense.

I did the same thing, then realized it was wrong and changed the spelling.

I am actually running a Vortech Supercharger, so it's whatever came in the kit. However, I used to run one of those Ebay CAI's for $50. I loved it, was my first mod. It added a nice rumble to the exhaust a cool sounding induction note.

JLT's a good CAI setup. But then again anything is better than that beat up thing you're running now.
