Default Gt40p + nitrous, which spark plugs?

I know I can use the stock Explorer plugs on these heads, but I'll also be running a 125 shot of nitrous. I've had issues with autolite plugs arking in the past and would prefer to try something else. Which plugs will work best with this combo? Everyone says to use 1 or 2 steps colder when running a decent size shot, but how does that translate to the part number of the plugs.

Oh, is a timing cover gasket something Napa would have in stock?

thanks

1 step colder than the explorer plug, or stock?

1 STEP FROM WHATEVER the explorers used stock actually you most likely will be fine with stock plugs because at around 150 shot is when they require 1 step colder, if you are using a dry system then to be safe go 1 step colder if it's a wet system then either choice will be acceptable
