Are you serious? Not trying to be an *** but damn. 5.4 heads will not because they are an over head cam while our 5.0's are a over head valve.
NOW if you are talking about our bigger brother the 5.8 then yes they will but you will need a set of bushings for the heads to bring the head bolt size down from 1/2 inch to the 5.0's 7/16 bolt. A popular and cheap upgrade on a stock 302 as long as you get the right heads.
