Default Clutch is acting up. HELP!

Hi guys, newbe here.

I have a 1990 GT Convertible. The Clutch is playing up. It seems fine when it is cool but after a few miles it starts getting very difficult to engage. My wife drives this car most of the time and she is sick of slaming the shifter into gear. Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem and it was the clutch, you should replace it A.S.A.P.
I just put one in over the weekend with a new quadrant and adjustable cable. I would also get a firewall adjuster. Very simple to do even a novice mechanic can do it.
