Default Vibration

I have a '94 Cobra. I am getting a vibration starting at around 55mph and gets worse the faster I go. Around 90mph it feels like the car will shake to pieces. The harmonic balancer was replaced approx. 1 year ago. The wheels have all been balanced and the tires only have approx. 3000 miles on them. I even had the driveshaft balanced to be sure. I also replaced the front struts thinking they were the culprits. I even replaced both motor mounts. Can someone give me an idea of where this vibration might be coming from?

If you push in the clutch does the vib stop?
If it doesnt its not coming from the engine has to be from the trans rearward.
I guess u joints too.
Bad rotors shoudnt shake unless you are braking.

I have already replaced the u-joints. The vibration is only noticeable starting around 55mph. By the time I get to 90mph it feels like the whole car is going to vibrate to pieces. I plan to check the crankshaft bolt to make sure the harmonic balancer has not come loose and have the wheels balanced one more time just to be sure. All the bearings in the rear-end are new. It was just completely rebuilt to include 3.73 gears and a new FMS diff.

my mustang was doing something very similar, it would vibrated really bad at about 45 and up. i had just put new tires on so i took them back to sam's club and told them to replace them. turns out there was a defect in two of the four tires. they were balanced and went un-discovered. after changing out the four tires the problem stoped. so i image it was infact the tires. hope that helps!
