Heads and Cam. Worth it?

don't get the trick flow intake manifold. get either the holley systemax intake or the edelbrock performer rpm II. the street manifold is NOT what you want with a stage 2 cam, you will have more power with the manifolds I mentioned. What size heads are you going with? The rest of the parts you listed look good, though. Good luck man!!

I'd recomend some afr 185 heads over the tf, and like stated above, skip the intake. I'd get the edelbrock if i were you. also theres a few more things you'll need when doing this:
head gaskets
new pushrods/roller rockers
24lb injectors/fuel pump/calibrated maf
and most likely a dyno tune to make sure its all working well together.

man your looking at a healthy build and a couple problems the high ports with their valve sizes will not clear your strock pistons, the stage 2 cam will not work again with the stock pistons you would need to have them flycut and they can do in the car but if it was me i would tear the motor out to keep anything out of the motor and then you will have to rebearing at the least
man if you are wanting just to bolt on a good top end heads, cam ,intake i would seriously buy a set of trickflow twisted wedges as with their valve placement even with the 2.02 valves you can run them on the stock shortblock with a cam up to a lift of .540 which is plenty for a dd/street car.
you could also get the twisted wedges , contact jay allen of CI (camshaft innovations) for a custom cam, along with a performer intake you would have a fun and fast little street car and have good driveability and decent mileage,.

+1 from the homework ive been doing, id go with twisted wedges or afrs, something smaller so you dont have to fly cut the pistons. the high ports are moving a lil to much air for a stock 302 bottom end anyways.

Trick flow with performer intake sounds good.Whatever company you buy from in the states-if they ship UPS or Fedex to Canada get ready to bend over.If you bought something for $2500 it is gonna hurt bad. I have bought from American Muscle myself and they take care of brokerage ...but look into it yourself.Oh and the $Cn dollar is tanking again. KY is your friend. Just a heads up in case you aren't aware.

You're saying with the trickflow twisted wedges I wouldn't have to do this?
Are there any other sets out there that don't require fly cutting?
I'd like to keep this pretty easy.

^^^ like i am saying the trickflow twisted wedges will work with stock bottom ends and a cam up to .540 of lift
i dont think there are any other heads that perform like them that can bolt on and not have problems well i know atleast not any other 2.02 heads without a custom cam from a good company to make it work...
