i HAVE A 94 GT 5.90 AND FOR SOME REASON RIGHT BEFORE I HAD MY TIRES CHANGED THE CAR FELT LIKE IT WASNT CATCHING GRIP ON THE ROAD AND YOU COULD HEAR THE ENGINE REVING UP. NOW I COME TO FIND OUT THE TIRES ARENT JUST SITTING THERE SPINNING AS I GIVE IT GAS ITS JUST THE ENGINE REVING UP BY ITSELF BUT ITS STILL PUSHING THE CAR VERY VERY SLOWLY UNLESS I STOMP ON THE GAS. ANYONE GOT ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT IT COULD BE?

do you mean the rpms rev but the car doesn't take off quick?? if so sounds like a slipping clutch

+1 on the clutch slipping, how many miles on it?

theres a lil over 107K. would that be the cause of it tho. the car is regularly maintained but i bought the car from a dealership so i dont know how new the clutch is

if rpms rev while cruising and car moves nowhere quick = clutch
