Ok guys I have a 93 5.0 5 speed gt....it has subframe connectors and intrax lowering springs...stock sway bars 33mm...21mm...when im on the highway rollin about 70mph i get a nasty vibration comming through the whole car.its the same regarless of gear or rpm till about 85 then it lightens up...I am wondering if anyone here has experienced this and fixed it? ps has new weels and tires and it did it before then where changed

make sure no exhaust component is touching the body anywhere likewise for any drivetrain componenet such as tranny or motor..due to bad mounts, also a bad wheel bearing could cause such but a noise is usually heard to with such

Mine did that a few years ago and I replaced the u-joints in the drive shaft and it was gone... The new ones have a grease nipple to keep them nice and lubed...

mine vibrates bad when in high RPMs. the shifter starts wibrating and its kinda loud. drive train or tranny mount?

thx for the input guys im gonna try the u joints first...if that doesnt fix it im gonna try to have the drive line spun balanced....ill keep this post going till i figure it out....dawrench

I tired the ujoints it got better....but still vibrating....I went and had the drive shaft balanced and and shes all better no more vibration or noise at all...dawrench
