Default oil/filter question

hey guys, i just bought this 95 gt. the guy i bought it from said there was Mobile Synthetic 10w30 in it. that turns out to be a little expensive, so i ask you guys, what are ya'll putting in your 5.0s as far as oil and filters? If it matters, my car is built, lots of stuff, it's all in my sig.

you get what you pay for......IMO you should protect your investment and use good oil in it, I run the top of the line amsoil synthetic in mine and with a 7qt pan and a hp-3001 k &n oil filter my oil changes run 65-70 bucks.......In another one I run pennsoil synthetic and a fl-1a filter

okay thanks guys, looks like i will just stick with the mobil1. Is FL1A a fram filter? This car is not a daily driver, so I'll probably go with a K&N filter. Thanks for the input guys. I'm still figuring this car out
