Default got a little hop at low rpms

hey guys, so the problem seems to be getting a little worse, but when i got to take of in first and say i get gowing and let all the way off the clutch and off the gas, like a idle roll if you know what im saying, then when i go to get on it lightly i get a pretty good hop until i get the rpms up alittle, also decealerating it does the same in a low gear. Iv check for vac leaks and cleaned the air filter and mass air meter(dont know if i cleaned it right tho), any ideas, also any tips on the proper way to clean the mass air, and can you use throttle body cleaner or do i have to go buy mass air cleaner.

I just spray the filaments with brake parts cleaner. It doesn't leave a residue like carb cleaner can.

Get used to it. Our cars do that for some reason. My 98 sixer does it too.

Problem solved.
