This is a little dissapointing....I was considering doing that EXACT upgrade when I get my stang this spring/summer...

just buy a better kit. holley systemax II and you wont be dispointed.

was the car an auto or stick car.

and plenty of cars break 300 rwhp as there just not on here i have seen 1 in person lay down 304/321 in a 91 gt on a 100k mile shortblock they do break 300 just not a lot of the time..

A Custom grind cam would be even better though, And you could port and polish the **** out of that intake and those heads and put down some better numbers!

I put down 312/304 with AFR 165, holleysystemaxx 2, steeda #19, all supporting mods included on a 180k stock block.

Went to run the 150 shot and found out my clutch didnt like that =\

Well being as its a convertible i havent ventured to the track yet, eventually once i get all the bugs worked out in my transmission imma take it up the road to national trail raceway and give it a run and get booted id imagine =\

Jon you had the right Idea...check out Ed Curtis site, flowtechinduction. Guys with AFR165's, one of his custom grinds, and a systemax are making like 315 to the tire....this is the HCI to go with IMO. Its what I ran when I was NA, car pulled hard.

Yea it runs real strong for 180k, and ive ran about 4 bottles through it with the 150 shot, its REAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLL strong with that theres a guy around here with a 03 cobra with some mods im lookin to get a rematch with the 150 shot
