Fuel pump relay on 92 GT

Fuel pump relay on 92 GT
My friend just bought a 92 GT for 1900 bux.
The problem is that with the car off and the key out the ignition, i can hear the damn fuel pump.
I figured its a relay.
I don't know much about the older stangs, where is the fuel pump relay located on a 92? some say its under the seat for older than 1990, and some say its under the hood after 1990. I can't go look at it because his house is a while away and the owner is at work.
Does anyone know for sure? I hope its under the hood lol because the driver side seat is stuck
