Default How do I find someone to tune my car after rebuild

How do I find someone to do a tune after I do my rebuild next spring. I am going to do a full rebuild on the bottom end and uprade to gt 40 heads, mild cam, and cobra intake. I think that I am going to have to get larger injectors with this also, does that sound right? Already running vortec with just 5lbs of boost on stock injectors and all is ok at this time. Is it possible to run stock injectors and just bump fuel pressure up a little bit. This is just a street car not going to the track with it. Thanks for any advice.

5lbs is good for stock but because of the rest i would probably get 24lb injectors to be safe. i am selling 30lbs with maf for 110 if interested.

I am interested, but will 30 lbs be too much for these upgrades? Do I have to get a tune with new injectors? Or just put them in and see how it runs?

those mods are not significant enough to need a tune, the fmu should be sufficient enough to support the fuel, it may be safer to go with some 24# injectors.

if your that much concerned just find a local mustang tune shop and have them tune it. 30lb is to much. 24 lb should be good since all your really doing is almost the same as a 93 cobra motor and those run 24lb from the factory.

i seen tunes on stock mustangs at the shop near me and even on a stock mustang it sometimes brings out some good things.. i seen them come out with alittle more power and a better running car sometimes and sometimes they come out the same way they went in.. But thats on stock stangs so a tune will help almost any stang if its done right really.
