MAF/Injector Question

MAF/Injector Question
Hey all,
I'm going to be putting a new motor in my fox pretty soon here...
I am probably going to do a built 347 and a Procharger... I would like to run a decent amount of boost (15 psi..ish)
What size MAF do I need?
I was thinking 42 lb injectors, but maybe more?
Thanks for any input...

I think the 42lb injectors would be out of their comfort range w/your setup. I would spring for some 60's along with an internal/external fuel pump combo. As for the MAF, I would either run a Lightning(has to be tuned properly to work) or a Pro M 80 or 92.

Not a stock block.. I gotta talk to my guy about it some more...
This project is gonna take a bit, I need an 8.8 rear, fuel system, wiring harness, ECU....
I've got a great tuner here in town, exclusive to stangs.
Can someone toss me a link to where I can find some info on the Lightning MAF??
Thanks guys.

I don't have a link. However, I know many 96+ Supercharged mustangs run them. It's their preffered meter. Plus ebay sells them for under $90 new(shipped). That is where I got mine from. Also, the Lightning is a big meter(90mm).

That's not a bad deal at all....
Also, what cam should I run w/ this app?
I'm thinking for the most part I'll run lower boost than 15 lbs, but I want it to be capable of that much for the track, or running with some of the big dogs in town...

The LMAF is popular because of it's accuracy out of the box. There is a known MAF Transfer for the meter, and it is easy to find. The price can't be beat, as it would be tough to find a used 90mm aftermarket unit for the price of a new LMAF.
The only downsides that I can see is that it REQUIRES a J3 chip to run on a Fox ecu, and you have to spice the wire harness as the plug is different.
Well, I guess the fact that it is 4" ID could be a downside as well, as the plumbing can take some work.
