im sticking to the condensation in the exhaust system... as for the oil, perhaps your piston rings are wearing...

Yeah thats what i was leaning toward also, but why would it only be coming out of one bank?

Usually the best way to tell if ifs the head gasket it by checking your oil. If it looks like chocolate milk then its the head gasket. If yours looks fine then I am not exactly sure what it is but definately heck the compression.
