Remember that spare relay i had? Took the relay to work with me, swapped the old one out and turned the key. Is that the pump i hear humming? Yes! She fired right up : ). Im so happy i could do somersaults. And some think im nuts for having boxes of spare parts. Ha!

It could be a starter problem. If the car gave a cranking sound much like electricity flowing, then it could be that. If no sound, go with what they said.
