Default Engine and engine bay wiring halp

So, ive gotten the ECU and all of the engine control stuff out... i has question, its all the stuff on the passenger side and running behind the engine, all of the engine controls and running through the pass side firewall to the ECU. it seems like EVERYTHING else in the cab, and on the drivers side is not needed (5.0 swap in an RX7, only need engine controls)

do i really need to bust my *** getting everything else out, like i said, ive got the proportioning block out, along with the alternator wiring, coil plug, the emmissions stuff, injector and dizzy wiring, etc, and the ECU as well, it seems like everything else if just for the rest of the car...

also, i have a question. there are 3 box sort of things tied into the wiring harness, two are behind each headlight, and one was in between the bumper and the core support. do we need these, or are they for the function on the car, not the engine

also, there is another dead end plug in the drivers side fenderwell underneath the windshield wiper resivior that i dont know what it is, is it needed?

thanks, just say if you need any clarification or pictures or any of that crap

My best guess on the 3 boxes on the wire harness....they're for the air bags.

If the dead plug looks like this then that plug goes to the day time running lights for the Mustangs shipped to Canada and other countries that require day time running lights.
