How much HP can I expect out of this combination of uprades??

How much HP can I expect out of this combination of uprades??
On top of all of the upgrades in my signature I am going to be doing H,C,I change with my full engine rebuild. I have a cobra upper and lower, 65mm TB, GT 40 heads w/1.6 roller rockers, 24lbs injectors, and a good street cam, not yet picked out. Can anyone give me a rough estimate of what amount of horse power I will be gaining.
