PS Pump: Rebuild or Buy
Rock Auto has good prices on pumps and pump rebuild kits and the hoses.
Which would be the better way to go? OK with tools.
Also, I read about bleeding the PS Pump. How do you do that?

I wouldn't bother rebuilding it, just buy a new one or a reconditioned one if you have to. all i ever do to bleed the power steering is jack up the front, start it, and go from lock to lock 30 or so times, then lower it and do the same. all while having the cap off of the pump, and topping off the fluid as it drops.

reman will work fine..but i have a question/warning i guess too..when you put the pulley on the new one..watch it for a while..me and a buddy put a new pump on his 95..pully back on with the installer, belt on.and he left the shop and headed home...about 7 miles he calls me says his belt jumped cuz the pully backed off...so i guess just watch it and make sure it isnt gonna do that..or maybe we missed a step somewhere..idk..any opinions on that?
