Default Phelonic Spacer ?

Hey Guys, I'm going to run on these for temp till I get a Air to Air intercooler. just had a question. Is there a big diff. between 3/8 ones and 1" ones? I would guess the 1" one keeps the upper a little cooler but does it really? Does anybody know? I think the 1" may require me to get a hood....Im running a stock one now...thanks All

i have a 1" and it keep the upper intake drastically cooler. i cant run mine on a regular basis due to the stock hood. its also good for some extra hp/tq due to the lengthening of the runners. probly not much, but a gain none the less.

i run one on a cobra intake and i could tell a night/day difference in throttle responce, torque and gas mileage. better responce, more torque, and less gas mileage. lol.

I had to run a 1" spacer with my aftermarket fuel rails...I was SC so it helped a lot...Not sure about the stock hood...1" did clear my Dugan Viper 2-1/4" hood.
