I havent used floormats since I had my old Dodge truck, 3 times the floormat bunched up under the brake pedal and I almost died every time.

Yeah, I would have cut the gas by about five-ten. This happened to me twice, but then I started keeping an eye on the floor mat, and now it doesn't move up any more, I think I stoped moving my heel, or now I pick up my foot and don't slide it, but what ever it is, it works for me.

i have driver side mats. that happened to me once too. i got on my car behind my brother one night showing off in front of some girls in town and it got stuck and i hit my brother right in the ***, it wasan automatic. happened to quick i couldnt stop it. but i took my floor mats and screwed them into the floor. screw it, if you need to change them take the screws out,
