Exclamation exhaust questions

ok i recently came to the relization that i need a new mid pipe, as the one in my fox is rusted. the problem is i live in cali so i cant go with long tubes or any o/r stuff. i think im going to do full exhuast while im under the car so i need your suggestions. i want something that sounds good but isnt too loud. maybe a little louder than stock with a deeper rumble.
i was thinking:
http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...0%201&comp=LRS

with:

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...0%201&comp=LRS

and as far as cat back im not sure
i like the mac cat back bu am unsure of quality and mounting difficulty.
i love the sound of flows but think theyd be too loud.

is this going to be a gtood set up? will it even bolt up?!
ill admit im in over my head here so i appreciate your suggestions.
i dont want to atrract the cops attentiojn TOO much, and deffenbaetly want to avoid a raspy sound, and the 2k drone if possible.

please assist!

I would suggest getting bbk headers to go with the midpipe, i think the bbk's are a tad cheaper also. but that looks good, as far as catbacks go i had bbk headers, or hpipe, and flow catback and never got bothered by cops thinking it was too loud. I loved the sound, so with some cats in there i think it would give you the sound your looking for

Actually i forget specifically which company makes em, but there's a smog legal long tube header and I'll ask my friend once he gets off work what brand specifically. We live in cali also and he passes smog and doesn't get it from a friends smog shop, so the numbers pass.
