Default Mercury capri tensioning arm

Hi, I drive a 1979 mercury capri and I want to replace the serpentine belt.
I know it is fairly easy, but I can not figure out how to release the tension. I say a video where they used a socket wrench and applied pressure to release the tension.
Question:
How do you release the tension on the serpentine belt on a 1979 Mercury Capri?

If it has a 18mm bolt on the pulley itself then you just need to put a wrench on the bolt and turn it counter clockwise.
