I honestly would skip the aluminum head gaskets. IMO they are junk, or at least by my experience. I bought some Mr.Gasket aluminum gaskets(don't know if flowtech is different) and they would just not seal. So I went back and bought some Fel-Pro regular gaskets and put locktite on the bolts. No problems since.
