5.0 H.O. Question?

5.0 H.O. Question?
Still learning about Mustangs, just have a question.
Do all the GT's have the 5.0 H.O. (High Output) Engine, or do some come with just a regular 5.0?
Also does the GT come with the same engine as the Cobra?
I ask because I thought the Cobra had a better engine, but I went to my Ford dealer today and he said my '94 GT 5.0 H.O. was the same engine as the Cobra???
and is there a difference between the engines of different GT's?
Thanks

All 5.0s in the mustangs were the HO, the non HO 5.0s were found in pass cars and some trucks... thye have a different firing order....
the GT does not have the same engine, well, it does, but a cobra has better heads, intake and I think the cam... but its still a 5.0....
94 GTs dont have the same motor as the Cobra...
the only difference in the engines is
85, first year of the roller block, with a roller camshaft vs the old flat tappit, only on manual... also the first year of forged pistons.
86 first year of Speed Density EFI... flat pistons with no valve reliefs, the worst heads ever, E6... was a pig of a motor...
'87 first year of E7 heads
89, Mass Air, except in Cali, they got mass air in 88
93, Hyperpeutic (sp) pistons... ditched the forged pistons.
94-95, better alternator, electric fan, different serpentine setup...

so my 94 GT would not have the roller cam, better heads?
I didn't think it did too, but I have heard from a transmission shop and the ford dealership that my car would have these??
Also, what rear end would I have?
I heard 8.8...
