Temperature sending unit!!!
Where is this thing, and how do I switch it out? 
I've been staring at the area around the thermostat housing for half an hour, and I can't identify anything that looks like the part I bought. The sensor I bought is about an inch and a half long, with a screw on one side and a nub on the other. I was hoping for an easy install, without having to remove too much to get to it, but it's looking more and more involved the more I look at it.

Yeah, ok. Now I feel like a moron! 
I was just looking on the wrong side of the distributor. My connector looked a bit different, in that it had a boot that just gets pushed onto the screw portion. But yeah, that was easy. Next time I can go for something a little out of the kindergarten arena...
