Default Timing chain sprocket stuck on cam

Any one have any tricks to breaking the sprocket loose from the cam? its on there good.

penetrating oil and a pry bar to wiggle it free

Some heat applied to the sprocket around the cam will help it expand and make it easier to take apart.

Well i got it off and ran into more problems. Heat was my next option! Thanks projectresto83
