Default Rocker profiles for stock E7 head

What I am about to ask may well fly in the face of intelligent questions/reasoning but I am going to ask anyways.

Is there a rocker arm combination/kit/retrofit that a person could use whether it be stock or aftermarket that will allow for the stock E7 head and it's stock roller cam to open more than it already does? I am trying to achieve more flow while keeping the stock heads on the engine and also keep the valves out of the way of the pistons.

Thank-you for any helpful responses.

1.7/1.72 pedestal rockers.... you would need to upgrade the valve springs though.
