ok cool thanks for all your guys help.
one last question I know I've already asked a lot I'm sorry but I'm just curious, when I changed my pads I didn't put anti squeel on the back of them so while I'm driving it chirps and gets really annoying. will this go away or will I need to put anti squeel on them?

make sure none of the backing plates got bent in a little while doing the brake job and if it only sqeaks when you hit the brakes, it most likely is the pad compound, if you bought the cheap pads, brake noise is common, I use ceramic pads often for a quiet stop, they cost more but you get what you pay for

look for backing plate ot any brake hardware such as retainer clips touching the rotor...without hearing it, hard to guess accurately

i would go back in there and grease up all your hardwear like retaining clips and slides. just remember you dont need a lot of brake grease just a little will do the job it will keep your pads from being worn prematurely and will stop them from squeaking in the future.

ok, I used dry graphite on the rear sliders, is that ok?
I'm gonna take it in for the abs because I really know nothing about it and while I have it in there I'll see if they can find whats squeaking.

ok good.
ya it was some local family owned business. I called another place and was told 25 for just looking and if theres anything wrong they put that towards fixing it so that was a lot better. since I know its something to do with the abs then I'm thinking maybe the previous owner bleed the brakes and didn't do it right. Don't you need a special tool to bleed brakes with abs? One of my friend has a truck that someone bleed the brakes without some tool for the abs and and it did pritty close to the same thing.

most cars with abs you dont need a special tool to bleed if your just bleeding the base hydrolic system. i know every ford i have worked on you dont need to use a special tool you just go ahead and bleed the brakes. i dont think your problem has anyhting to do with the brakes being bled wrong. to me it sounds like one of your abs sensors has gone bad or is very dirty and covered in metal shavings or something of that nature.
