My car had a little exhaust leak after the header and after i patched it up, i started to notice another sound and it has gotten worse.

I found this video on youtube that sounds a lot like what is happening with my 5.0.

I tightened down my header bolts so unless the gasket is gone, i doubt that is where it is coming from. Other possibilities, maybe the valves. I did put new heads on over the summer but have since re-torqued the rockers 3 times(stock pedestal mounts), so i imagine they are still nice and snug. I am really hoping it is just an exhaust leak since i don't have time to fix anything and this is my only vehicle atm. what do you all think it sounds like? I can try to borrow a camera if you want to hear my engine.

also, the car seems to be running fine and the sound is barely noticeable above 2500 rpm. and when i let off the gas at these higher rpm, it almost sounds like air is being sucked in or blown out somewhere.
any help appreciated.
