noid light on test the connector at the injector. you can put twelve volts to them and see if they click. still will not tell you if they are gummed up inside. just that they are cycling

that'll only tell you if the injector driver circuit is functional, it won't tell you a thing about the injector itself, if you wanted to watch the spray pattern which is most valuable, I HAVE AN injector tester at work that'll vary voltage in the form of a duty cycle to turn the injector on and off and I have a test bench that I hook the injector to so it pressurizes with a cleaning agent

not every shop will have such, if you buy the correct test equipment , it'll pay for itself over and over

I made one at home, real crude but it works for me. You can only visualy see the spray from one to the other. I took an injector rail (one side) made a flat piece of alum with 4 holes in it. install the injectors in the rail, the alum bar on the bottom of the injectors. Put a big ty-rap on each end to sandwich them together. Takes some creativity because of the angle.

(I SAID CRUDE)

Then seal off one end of the rail tube. Put five foot or so of reg fuel line on the other end. pour carb cleaner in the hose, attach my compressor to the hose, raise pressure to about 60psi, use a spare injector clip set up with a momentary on switch and two aligator clips. Clip it on a 12 volt battery and bump the switch. I just move the clip from one injector to the next.

Please do not beat me up for the response, I got where I am today on the poor street where if you wanted it you had to do it yourself. And now I daily drive a 10 sec ride.

thats actually not a bad idea. id probably take it one step further and add a small tank, fuel pump and reg. its a good way to test the spray
