Are your plugs wet with fuel, if you have spark and pressure and no pulse they will be dry. If you have pressure and pulse they will be wet = no spark. You really dont need any special tools to tell if the plugs are wet with fuel. Crank it long enough and pull one, smell and look at it. Quick easy check.

Your problem could also be a bad stator inside of the dizzy. It's about a $30 part. If you pop off your cap and see small silver flakes, then chances are you stator's fried. Also, check to make sure your MAF sensor plug is plugged in. That was a two-week problem for me.
Pull the cap and rotor. The wheel that the rotor sits on is called an armature. There are two little screws that hold it on. Take it off and clean the rust off with some steel wool or fine sandpaper. If your "stator" is loose you'll have to replace it. It's easier to just replace the dizzy with a stock one depending on your budget.
