clutch cable seems too tight
When I replaced my clutch cable, I had to connect the quadrant first and then take a huge wrench and push the clutch fork all the way up to get the clutch cable on that end. I really had to push on the wrench with all my might. I got it on, but the clutch just seems too hard to push in. Its an OEM, not adjustable.
I just dont think I would have to move the fork that far. I dont remember it being that hard to get off. I took it off 3 weeks ago.
When the clutch is pushed in, the fork goes almost all the way forward, is that normal? The fork stops about a cm before the front housing hole wall.
My cable is really tight!

you'll have to release the prawl manually under the dash on the self adjusting mechanism on the quadrant under the dash and then onces it's released pull up on the pedal for self adjustment
