it does but its not right and the needle bounces real bad

well if it was me id replace the speedo cable. as for the cruise, have you checked the fuses, i dont know if there is a fuse for the cruise, but there may be. i completeluy took cruise off mine is why i know nothing about it. but it sounds like a fuse, or the cruise cable is damaged!
