Default Spark plugs for GT-40P heads

Just wanted some input on spark plugs for a supercharged car . I hear of people going with a colder plug and closing the gap to eliminate the boost from blowing out the spark. How much colder and close the gap to what vs the stock .050 and are those E3 worth the money. Thanks for any help

1 Step cooler and .035

if you are supercharging the motor then you will be going through plugs pretty quickly so you are probably better off with a slightly cheaper plug. I just use autolites.
