Default no spark... please help

driving to 7-11 the other day and saw a small billow of smoke come out from under my brake booster. i had an after market tach in my car that recently broke and the wire coming from my msd blaser coil harnest to the tach has came apart from being to close to the header. well, that wire had hit the body under my brake booster and killed all my spark. ive changed the blaster coil, ignition switch, starter solined, the module on the dizzy and checked the fusable links and fuses under the dash. all are fine. anyone know where the eec relay is located? or has anyone else experianced something like this... i need help please. any info would be greatly appreciated. thank you for your time.

eec location
The EEC relay is on the harness going to your EEC. Pull the PS kick panel where your computer is and follow the harness up under the dash. I beleive it is brown. I belive the FP relay gets it power from the computer. Good luck.
found this on another site. i don't know if thats where its but its worth it to check. let us know what the problem was.
