From what I've been told anyones ram air kit should fit. I didn't buy mine from cervinis either. The hoods are pretty much the same it's just different manufactors that make them

Oh ok, thanks.. That's good to know when I decide to invest in it. Did you really notice any difference when you installed yours?

I haven't installed it yet because I'm just getting my hood painted this weekend but I'll let you know when I do get it installed. From what I've been reading they say 25% more horse power and 3 seconds off the 1/4 mile times. Also 3 m.p.h. faster. How much of that is true I don't know but maybe someone else around here does

Yeah idk about the 25% hp increase, but I'll still probably invest in it. How much is the hood costing you to paint? I havent even started looking for prices yet. Also if anyone else has the ram air kit...How noticable is it?

I'm having a freind paint it for me and he's only charging me $100 + the paint, the reducer, the hardener and the clearcoat which comes out to be about $200 total. So in my opinion thats not to bad

no, not bad at all..Now I'm debating whether I should get my hood done now or wait until I have some more money for it. If I could get it done for 200 like you I would def think about getting it done now though.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you get your hood for. I paid $270 for the hood itself $20 for a boxing fee and $107 for fright delivery to my home-- which I thought was OUTRAGIOUS!! I just want to know if I'm the only schmuck out their that paid that much for that particular hood or not

Well I picked mine up new off a guy who ordered the wrong hood for his car. It cost me 180 and I went and picked it up, like an hour away. If you order from cervinis it like 480, yours was less than that, so I would say no youre not a schmcuk lol
