What size locking header bolts for Mac ceramic LTs?

What size locking header bolts for Mac ceramic LTs?
I am going to order stage 8 locking header bolts for my 94 5.0. Im installing Mac ceramic LT headers. There are two different bolt sizes, and Im not sure what size bolts to get for the headers. They come 3/8" -16 x 1" or 3/8" - 16 x 3/4". Anyone know??
