Real good S/C, makes great power, even down low..

the major drawback to them is that they have a terrible tendency to get heat soaked. The longer you drive your car, the hotter it gets, the less power it makes. The local mustang garages prefer Prochargers. And most people here will tell you to turbo!

The KBs are... interesting...?

Wierd looking design has the actual unit right above the VC on the driver side, and it kind of falls over onto the GT40 base.

i went with the novi 2000.... it seems like a pretty nice piece for the price, a hell of a lot cheaper then the procharger

plus with the procharger, on the SN cars they designed it so the intake is directly over the header..sucking the hottest air possible..sure theres an intercooler, but woulda thought they coulda done better

There will not be huge differences with the filter position in the engine bay, if your able to get it into the fender well like with a Power Pipe, you'll get a gain though.

If air is flowing through your IC and Radiator into your engine bay the air around the engine is constantly flushing. The few degree hotter air your going to suck in will be significantly lower than Air temp after the inner cooler.
