i went ahead and took off my intake manifold and noticed there is some vaccumm lines in the back of it one of them broke off due to some old *** tubes what i wanted to know is that what is this vaccum line for and what does it do and if i can just put a plug on it and also for the egr valve i wanted to know if i go ahead and put a block off plate under it and still leave it connected will it throw a cel

I asked about the egr delete the other day and was told that the ecm will compensate so it should not through a cel.
