Default GT40 cylinder head question

Could someone tell me or point me to a web site regarding what CC's of the intake runners are in stock cast GT40 heads? Also, what rockers would be the best for these heads. 1.6 or 1.7 ratio. I currently have way to big windsor jr heads with 1.94/1.60 valves and 1.72 rockers. These heads have been fully ported. From my research, they have about 200-225 cc in take runners. Way to big for a 302. Thanks.

your windsor jr's are not way to big, with the right cam and intake , it'd be a stout little runner

Reason I asked the question about the port volume is because of an article I found on Darts web site. Here is part of it. It is a chart that list projected Hp vs port vol min-max. For a projected HP of 350-400., the intake port volume should be 140-160cc. I am making 280 at the rear wheels now. And Im almost positive that the jr's have 200cc port volume. Thats why I feel they are to big.
Just looking for some help.
302, 1.94/1.60 valves, 1.72 roller rockers, e303 cam, 65mm throttle body, 70mm MAF, 30lb injectors, adj fuel regulator, custom tune, large fuel pump-cant remember upgraded size, cold air intake tube, cobra upper and lower intake, 2 1/2 exhaust thru 2 chamber flow masters, shorty headers, 5sp, and the heads mentioned before. And all it runs is on a cold day 13.87, 101mph. Most days 14.00-14.10, 100 mph.
I just need any adivse you can give. Also run either slicks or drag radials. Usually gets best ET with drag radials. Really thinking about buying something with a small block chevy.
