Ok got new clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing and flywheel. This is the Ram clutches hd kit. I had the Fiore quadrant and firewall adjustment on the car before I got this clutch kit it worked fine with my old clutch. Did go from 10 to 10.5 clutch upgrade. My trouble is there is to much slack in the clutch fork and the cable is just sitting there with no pressure on it untill I push the peddle in, the throw out bearing doesn't start pressing the pressure plate untill the fork is halfway. And even if I tighten the clutch cable all the way i still have this slack just put the motor in so haven't fire it up yet to see how it works. But would like to be sure if it is gone work before i hook evry thing up on the motor because it would be easier now to pull it before everything is hooked up if i have to do something with the clutch

yeah the throwout bearing is in right that was first thing I checked

Thats wierd...sounds like a bent fork or a problem with your quadrant
