If the engine was warm when you ran the KEOR your problem is probably the coolant temp sensor but the best thing you can do is take your car to reputable mechanic and have it fixed since you do not have any diagnostic equipment since you have so many codes.

I re tested my car, and read the tester's manual a little better
the 10 i thought i was getting was actually a separation code,
to separate current codes, and ones that were given off in the past, and then stored in memory.
I am almost 100% sure the coolant temp code is due to a thermostat that is stuck open,
because my heater has never blown hot air in the winter, unless i was idling for a long time,
and even then the air cools down soon as I start driving.
I will change out the thermostat sometime this week.
As for the EGR codes, could they be because I have no exhaust after the h pipe?
