mass air flow sensor upgrades

i am looking into a new mass air flow sensor for my 95 gt. can anyone suggest what brand to get and how much of a power gain i will feel before a tune and after a tune with just adding this to my engine with a cold air intake, 75 mm throttle body and o/r x-pipe

you'll hardly even notice, if anything at all.

i went from stock to C&L 73mm mass air tube.
