cigg lighter

my cig lighter doesnt work but my cd player/ everything else does. any ideas

check the fuse... if it is okay it could have a bad cig socket

well my 86 mustang cigg lighter works with my radar but not an element i thought that was weird and it's a stock lighter socket

check fuses first, if they are all good(just check them all it takes less time) then make sure it is still connected on the back.

Fuse then check to see if its getting power or not. Mine will work with the lighter but my phone charger nor my radar will work in it

Check the fuse. Check to make sure the wire is hooked up also. Also when you plug some thing into a cigarette lighter socket turn it a 1/4 of a turn to be sure it has a good contact, believe it or no there are different cigarette lighters so you should always turn it.
