Default Milled heads, what will it take for the intake to line up

I get my shortblock back this week, and im going to start the rest of the assembly this weekend. I have pnp patriot heads that have been milled .030. Im wondering what it will take to get the lower intake to line up. Some say it might line up fine, some say it will need a lil work. Im wondering what i will have to have done to it. Will it been the intake to head flange that needs to be milled or the bottem of intake or what. What should i look for to see if it lines up or not.

Also what are the bolt sizes for the thrust plate and the timing chain to cam. Thanks
