RE: motor mounts
just motor mounts, or both engine and tranny? basically, get the front of the car a good bit in the air on jack stands (enough to crawl underneath both from front and side). unbolt the bolt on the back of the k-member on both engine mounts. loosen the bolts in the back that hold the tranny mount to the crossmember. get a jack on the oil pan (use a block of wood to distribute weight) and jack the mounts out of the holes in the crossmember. unbolt the mount from the block, drop the new one in, reverse order to assemble. note: mounts are different left and right. make sure you get the right one on. you may need to remove or loosen other things in the engine compartment that would interfere with the lifting on the engine. my engine compartment is gutted (as in pic) so i didnt have that prob. also, my headers weree off. you amy need to mess around with extentions and swiver joints to get at the bolts to the block.

You'll do more than just feel the motor more. It will tweak your frame if you jump on it often unless you have subframes. You may also experience torquing..where your left tire will lose traction on take off due to the motor turning.

*edit* I reread this and saw it was the wrong rear tire we were talking about
