Default do i need these

do i need the thermactor air diveter and the thermactor air bypass since i am not running any the egr or the smog pump and what else can i get rid of i am in the process of hide all the wire and smothin out the engine bay and gettin rid of the thing i do not need

Do you mean the thermactor tubes that go between the heads?If so just use a couple of NPT plugs.

these are r the pass side and do i need i belive it is for the cruse control on the drivers side under the fender

that is a vaccum resevoir for I believe the HVAC.......so you may need it, trace the vac line to source where it originates from
