Default clutch pedal

i just installed the transmission like 2 days ago and when i put it all back together and took it out for a drive the clutch would not grab until i would let the pedal almost all the way out, and last night i decided to play around with car and do a stand still and all of a sudden the engagement on my pedal changed now when i barely disangage clutch pedal like 2-3 inches off floor it grabs real quick and i dont have no adjusters its the stock cable what could have caused this change

You need to ditch that stock junk. The stock quadrant is worthless. You can get good UPR aftermarket quadrant and adjustable cable on Ebay for only around $60. Well worth the money. If you insist on keeping that stock quadrant you will be chasing problems all the time.

so its just a problem with stock cable and quad then, i though it was going to be something like inside the bellhousing that broke like the clutch fork or something with my clutch
